• Referrers will be eligible for cashback rewards upon the successful conversion of a referred project.
• Referral benefits will be credited within two weeks of the successful conversion of the referred project.
• All referral rewards and benefits will be disbursed through bank account transfers only.
• A successful conversion is defined as the payment of a booking amount equivalent to 5% of the total project value.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual may make in a calendar year.
• This referral program is applicable only in cities where Homfix operates.
• Homfix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any ambiguity regarding the interpretation of these terms, Homfix decision shall be final and binding.
• Referral benefits cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or cashback schemes.

Benefits for the Referrer

The referrer will receive cashback equivalent to 0.5% of the project value, subject to a maximum reward of INR 50,000 for each successfully converted referral.
